We will assist you in the application of the account and obtain the relevant forms necessary to open the account; we will even complete those forms for you and submit them to the bank along with all applicable corporate documentation which can be certified and notarised here at Fiduciary as necessary. In most cases this can be done without you having to make the journey to Gibraltar. We will monitor the progress of the application, keeping you informed at every stage, and liaise with the bank concerned should further information be required by them.
We provide authorised signatories from amongst our senior managers and directors who will act on behalf of the company in any transactions or dealings with the bank. This avoids the need for time consuming direct communication with the bank yourself as well as alleviating those difficulties which could arise due to language or time zone. On receipt of your signed instructions, we will arrange the necessary, leaving you the peace of mind that your wishes will be actioned in a speedy and professional manner.
