Kaisa joined Fiduciary in 1998 as company administrator as part of a team whose main role was the handling of property holding structures. Her keen interest led to her enrolling with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. This led to her being promoted to senior administrator and in 2007 to Company Manager taking on her own portfolio of client companies and managing her team of Administrators.
