Junior Trust and Company Administrator
Job description:
- To assisting with various administrative activities to include updating of the database (viewpoint)and files. To include scanning, storing and filing of documents when necessary (viewpoint experience preferred)
- Organisational skills and ability to meet productivity targets.
- Time management skills and inputting of time spent entries on Viewpoint.
- To raising adhoc invoices.
- Strong communication skills. Liaising with clients, banks and intermediaries via telephone/e-mail (prior experience in a client facing role preferred)
- To dealing with Compliance matters and adhering to Know your Client processes, to include undertaking periodic client/compliance reviews and the reviewing and processing of client due diligence, to ensure compliance with FSC regulations as well as internal policies
- To having full responsibility for the preparation and maintaining of statutory filings and reports as required in various jurisdictions.
- Reviewing and managing a variety of transactions, administrative and secretarial, in a timely and efficient manner / day to day management of an active portfolio.
- To assisting with the various activities involved in the incorporation of new companies in all jurisdictions, including production, checking and issuing of documents.
- To assisting and supporting the line manager with the various activities involved in the day to day administration of existing companies such as general queries, change of name, strike offs, cancellations, preparing company documents (e.g. minutes, share certificates, powers of attorney, certificates of good standing).
- To assisting and supporting the line manager with the various activities involved in the day to day administration of Trusts and the preparation of Trustee minutes.
- To dealing with banking matters, such as inputting of payments and the preparation of bank account applications.
